Joined for the Muay Thai a few months back, best decision I’ve ever made. Coaches are all great and highly skilled. The atmosphere is both beginner friendly but technical and challenging when people are ready. Was talking to a friend about it and thought more people should know how much of a gem shin gi tai is.
