Not only are we the regions premier Martial Arts club, but we also offer great fitness classes. You are welcome to do one or both of these disciplines. Our adults are a friendly social bunch, so you receive a warm welcome from them and soon get to know us all. You’re welcome to bring a friend to train with you as well and for moral support.
We teach Karate, Kung Fu, Judo, Tai Chi, Ladies Only Kickboxing, Ju Jitsu and MMA.
