Martial Music Blast is a high intensity workout to fantastic music, you’ll leave the class tired but buzzing and happy. This fitness class is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) based class, where we mix bodyweight exercises, strength training and cardio with high energy workout to music.

Inspired by Martial Arts fitness, this program draws from a wide array of Martial Arts disciplines which offer a full body workout. Supported by inspiring music and the instructors who choreograph each routine, you will strike, punch, kick and stretch your way through calories to superior levels of cardio fitness.
Sitting or Standing
Each MMB class is designed so that everyone can fully take part in the class either standing or sitting and get a great workout, high or low impact it’s up to you, you choose your own workout zone.

What is Martial Music Blast?
MMB is a non-combat, non contact martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from many different Martial disciplines. It makes for a great exercise class including Kung Fu, Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi moves. You will also find elements of other arts such as Yoga within some of the tracks.
Classes are designed with feel good fun at the heart, calories blasting great music at the soul. The combination of superb music and solid martial arts techniques will rock their way to your core. All choreographed and taught by qualified coaches, Black Belt and World Champion Martial Arts coaches, consequently, this means that your coaches can safely teach you the correct skills.
