We’re pleased to announce that we are hosting a Muay Thai Seminar with Anna “Supergirl” Jaroonsak and her Master trainer, Kru Jaroonsak, “Superdad.”
Members of our Basingstoke Thai Boxing classes are welcome to attend as are pracitioners from other clubs and other styles of Martial Arts.

- How to iImprove your fundamental techniques necessary for all striking arts
- Some of the advanced techniques used by Supergirl including her famous ‘Spear Knee’ and clinch skills
- How to protect yourself in the ring whilst setting up counter attacks.
- Work with partners to reforce these skills and received personal feedback from the teachers
- Photo/Q&A Session: Have your photo taken and ask questions after the seminar has finished.
